Prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes.
The Pilot scope, data volume, acceptance criteria, secure data transfer, and retention period are agreed in writing before work starts.
The USD 5,000 Pilot fee is fully credited to the first annual Production subscription when signed within 60 calendar days of the Pilot readout. It is not redeemable for cash, taxes, or custom work.
Production features, volume band, onboarding, SLA, and any additional implementation work are confirmed in the final quote.
